We're delighted to announce another group of learners have successfully graduated in levels one and two of our Aspire counselling course.
Service Manager Stuart Green presented certificates at the graduation ceremony, and shared the important role counselling had once played in his own life. He said: “Congratulations to everyone on their fantastic achievement! “
“Counselling skills play a huge role in supporting people to overcome their addiction to drugs and alcohol, and all these people will play a major role in helping people to make positive changes to their lives in the future.”
ETE worker – Andrea Days added: “This course helps people understand themselves and others. They learn to speak openly with others more confidently, as well as developing an understanding of when to ask questions and when to just listen.”
“I’d like to say a massive thank you to course tutor Alan Vaughn for his commitment and professionalism in his ability to deliver such a comprehensive course, whilst keeping it interesting, engaging and learner focused.”
Any service users who would like to take part in future courses can contact Andrea Days or Adele Clark at Rosslyn House on 01302 730956.
