C: The final piece of the jigsaw

I have been in treatment with the East Riding Partnership for a few years. For most of that time I have been stable, not using any illicit drugs.

However twice I have started a community detoxification off my methadone and relapsed back into heroin use towards the end of the detox.

This time my treatment plan is to have an in-patient detox with a period of continued support with the Tier 2 service afterwards.

My keyworker from The Alcohol & Drug ServiceĀ and myself agreed this would be the best plan and I have been very well supported in my treatment. This is the final pieceĀ of the jigsaw for me as all other areas of my life are really good.
