
I was faced with a challenge where I thought I could talk to a friend who was using. I realise now that I was running before I could walk, putting myself in that position, however I remembered how well I’d done, all the hard work I’d put in and used my coping strategies. I managed to control my mind and walked away. I feel very proud of myself that I’d managed to do this and it has helped being able to be open and talk about this situation
