
I’ve had ups and downs over the past couple of weeks. I have however, surprised myself. After a huge row with my daughter rather than going to score (which I usually would) I thought about some of the coping strategies I have identified with my worker. I telephoned another member of the client involvement group. Rather than have a hit I went to her house for a chat and a coffee. This may not seem like a big deal to some, but for me it’s a step in the right direction.
