Three months sober

My last week was OK. I attended alcohol recovery group on Tuesday and I have now gone three months sober.

The best thing that has happened to me this week is that my dad bought me a digital radio.

My tips for recovery are; keep busy, take physical exercise as much as possible, socialise, try to get plenty of fresh air and give yourself something to look forward to if you can.
