The Hull Primary Care Addictions Service is delivered with Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trust, seven GP practices in Hull and The Alcohol & Drug Service. The service supports improvements in the health and wellbeing of long term service users and offers early interventions for people within the practice. The team has a dual focus; Long Term Substance Misusers and; Early Interventions
