ERP is UK’s Top-Performing Recovery Service

We’re proud to share that East Riding Partnership continues to rank as the UK’s top-performing recovery centre, achieving an outstanding 66.12% progress rate across all service users.

Each month, ERP performed 20% better than national and regional averages, with its highest point reaching 69.2% in August.

These results reflect the dedication of a highly skilled, values-led team working within a person-centred model that places each individual at the heart of their own recovery journey. Many of the adults and young people accessing services face complex challenges, including homelessness, mental health issues and involvement with the criminal justice system, making this achievement all the more significant.

As the only UK recovery charity with a formal career map, The Alcohol and Drug Service continues to attract and develop passionate, skilled professionals who are committed to delivering high-quality care. That combination of expertise, compassion and progression helps create a culture of hope, care and positive change.

Tim Young, CEO of The Alcohol and Drug Service, said:
“This partnership exemplifies the impact of combining expertise, compassion, values and offering opportunities for people to enhance their knowledge and skills. ERP and Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trust staff are delivering transformative outcomes - one life at a time.”
