Job Description:

The successful candidate will support the delivery of the East Riding Structured Day Programme and assist service users to maintain their recovery. The post will support service users in gaining an understanding and insight into their own recovery, maximising engagement and retention.
The successful candidate will have a Level 3 in Health and Social Care or Substance Misuse and good IT skills. Knowledge of Systm One is desirable.
