Becoming drug or alcohol free is just a step on the road to recovery.
For many people re-establishing themselves back in the community and building a life is the most challenging part of the recovery journey. There are many potential barriers to this, some social, some within the person. The day programme offers help, hope and support for people on this stage of their recovery journey.
The Day Programme is a twelve week programme for people who have been alcohol or drug dependent and are currently abstinent.
Service users who attend participate in group sessions and activities that support their recovery and ensure they have the ‘tools’, skills and support networks needed to sustain their abstinence based recovery.
There are opportunities throughout the programme for participants to engage in activities within their own communities.
Places are funded through the CCA process and privately funded placements are also considered
