What we do

We offer a series of structured one to one appointments with a named key worker which are designed to offer support towards goals agreed with the young person.

Our approach focuses on early intervention and prevention, with interventions on harm reduction and lifestyle change as well as structured relapse prevention.

To make sure we provide each person with the best comprehensive service we work closely with other young people services.

If a young person has a case manager in another young peoples’ service we will work closely with them to ensure a joined up package of support.

What we do

Accessing the service

Self- referrals are welcome as are referrals from family members and professionals. We then contact the young person to arrange an appointment

The majority of the professional referrals come from the Prevention and Education Team, the Youth and Family Support Service and the Youth Offending Team
