Andy is a Trustee of a 10 school multi academy Trust (MAT) in Hull having previously been a school governor. His corporate career was as an HR Director at Britvic Soft Drinks, Bass Brewers, and Wedgwood. An English graduate, he began his career at M & S before moving to Northern Foods
Gillian retired from a 35 year career in Mental Health and Social care in 2019. Holding both nursing and social worker qualifications Gillian has worked in a range of mental health service delivery teams, both as a practitioner and a manager.
Ellen is a qualified accountant (FCCA) with a Masters Degree in Finance and Accounting, she also qualified as a Chartered Director (CDir) with the Institute of Directors in 2014.
A registered social worker Fran has worked in social care for 38 years and is currently employed as a Principal Social Worker in a health and social care NHS Trust.
