Bill McHugh brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience in Criminal Justice and working with Local Authorities.
After a successful career as Chief Probation Officer, Regional Offender Manager and Senior Civil Servant within the Ministry of Justice, Bill joined Doncaster Council. He is currently their Culture and Transformation Lead. He is also an Honorary Fellow to Cambridge University Judge Business School and was recently appointed as Deputy Lieutenant to the County of South Yorkshire.
Having lived in Doncaster for over 8 years he is working with a variety of partnerships to promote interest and activity in heritage, culture, learning and education, as a means of transforming the lives of groups and individuals. He has also remained committed to working to help those struggling with addiction and social exclusion which is why he was attracted to the work of ADS.
Bill says he is excited to work with ADS hoping his skills, knowledge and experience will highlight its work and broaden its influence

Stevie completed an MSC in HRM in 2002 at the University of Lincoln and has a career in Human Resources spanning 28 years across many sectors.
Gillian retired from a 35 year career in Mental Health and Social care in 2019. Holding both nursing and social worker qualifications Gillian has worked in a range of mental health service delivery teams, both as a practitioner and a manager.
Ellen is a qualified accountant (FCCA) with a Masters Degree in Finance and Accounting, she also qualified as a Chartered Director (CDir) with the Institute of Directors in 2014.
