Gillian retired from a 35 year career in Mental Health and Social care in 2019. Holding both nursing and social worker qualifications Gillian has worked in a range of mental health service delivery teams, both as a practitioner and a manager. She has experience of working in partnership with not only service users and carers but also with partner organisations.
Prior to retirement Gillian was Assistant Director responsible for the delivery of specialist services which included both a Forensic Mental Health Inpatient service and an Alcohol and Drug Partnership service.
Following retirement Gillian has worked as Volunteer Coordinator for a local Suicide Prevention and Mental Health charity.

Ellen is a qualified accountant (FCCA) with a Masters Degree in Finance and Accounting, she also qualified as a Chartered Director (CDir) with the Institute of Directors in 2014.
A registered social worker Fran has worked in social care for 38 years and is currently employed as a Principal Social Worker in a health and social care NHS Trust.
