With a broad remit covering operations, implementation, commercial, standards, HR and facilities, Nick is passionate about solving problems in health and social care services and offering employees a great place to work.
Graduating from Newcastle University with a degree in Law he embarked on a career in technology. After a decade in telecoms, with the internet provider Plusnet, Nick moved to EMIS – a patient record software provider for GPs across the UK. Working in the healthcare sector and supplying to the NHS proved extremely rewarding as did helping the business grow through acquisition of various acute, community and mental health systems.
Ellen is a qualified accountant (FCCA) with a Masters Degree in Finance and Accounting, she also qualified as a Chartered Director (CDir) with the Institute of Directors in 2014.
A registered social worker Fran has worked in social care for 38 years and is currently employed as a Principal Social Worker in a health and social care NHS Trust.
Jim is a Registered Nurse and currently working in a senior operational role in a large hospital trust.
